Representatives of the Syrian opposition, who met with Russian Army officers in the southern Syrian city today.
The talks ended without results, for a peace agreement with the government after we rejected Moscow's request to surrender, a Syrian Free Army spokesman said.
“Takim failed, the Russians were not ready to hear our demands, they offered an opportunity to accept their humble request to surrender, we refused”, said Syrian armed group spokesman Ibrahim Dzhabavi.
