The large citizens' bubble has gone this way only during this weekend, KTV reports.
For most of them, the road tax will not affect visiting the Albanian state.
But they demand reasonable prices, since they say that circulation between the two states should be free.
Paying 5 euros for cars and about 20 euros for trucks on the highway connecting Kosovo and Albania had started 29 March.
Only two days of payment has worked on this road, as on March 31st the residents of Kukes, during the protest to challenge prices, set fire the sportsman, who was scheduled for the tax collection. Meanwhile, the responsible company is working on overhauling damaged infrastructure.
The fee for Kukes residents and surrounding areas is expected to be 1.5 euros for a crossing.
Meanwhile, Company “Salillar & Kastrati” is also working on adding lanes.
Works here are expected to end in September, even when the payment will begin.
