Succience required for ministers attending sessions

The question of the hires of MPs and ministers at today's session has become a topic of discussion among Kosovo Assembly deputies.

Following the warning of session leader Xhavit Haliti, who will ban the beatings of MPs who do not go to vote at 3:30, other MPs have reacted.

LDK MP Haxhi Avdyli has asked the chairman of the Jhavit Haliti session to influence the halting of ministers' wages, which should be present at the hearing to report on the bills and reports considering the Assembly.

The chairman, I had extended an invitation to you that if you could influence to stop the beatings of those who today were to report on bills that weren't here and if you keep mentioning the labors, then you'd also stop the job of this nation”, Avdyli said.

Even for MP Avdyli, deputy head of the Xhavit Haliti Assembly, there was an answer.

I'm gonna do the job, because for me, don't get away, and I might not come, but we're gonna do the job. There is no parliament in the world to tolerate MPs from coming. The government can't stop you, we can't approve of the budget, when they bring it down a month we'll leave it without pay, all we can do, we can't do more”, Haliti said.

The initiative's chief of deputies, Bilal the Sheriff, was included in the debate, calling it a violation of the regulation if the administration forbids the beatings of MPs.

This is where we have regulation, at this very stage that we're drafting regulations to try to better fix this. Because it has indeed become a custom where the session's participation ends with the signing of MPs. Of course, it does not give anyone the right to take possession of and to look for measures that are not sanctioned well. But even this is not a solution. So, there are shortcomings in this regulatory issue, both the chairman and the leader have the right to ask off the hires, but the administration can't apply this instruction”, the Sheriff said.

He said ministers, who do not come to the Assembly, would also have to present any sanctions. In fact, in humor he said that at least the salaries of S'do should be increased to ministers if not the noon stopped. /
