“We are all trying to meet your demands and as regards the following months, expectations are quite high. However, as you know this does not depend entirely on the European Parliament. There are other acts that have a key role to play in the process. But I sincerely hope that recommendations from the European Commission will be positive. This will simultaneously be a very important message for the European Commission to give the green light for visa liberalisation, and I sincerely hope it will happen by the end of this year”, he said.
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had promised that the visas could be removed before June, but that Sholtes not only denied such a thing, but it was pessimistic that such a thing would happen even at the end of this year. /Periscope. /
