This proposal, always according to sources of the Serbian newspaper, has been rejected after it has named it unworthy and unacceptable to Serbia.
Novosti claims he has secured the four main pillars of this proposal.
“Association receives broad executive power and expanded competence in the field of health, education and culture. The association would be closely linked to Kosovo's deputy prime minister, who would come from the ranks of the Serb community, which would be controlling this community”, are the first two points presented in this article.
On the other hand, Serbia reportedly should not prevent Kosovo's path to membership in international organisations.
“Belgrade should enable Kosovo to become part of international organisations, and the UN. If Serbia agrees with this package, it would be able to enter the EU and America would support economically and international policy”, it is said to be the other two points of the package.
