Police station commander Ahmet Josha presented the targets that are set to be undertaken based on the action plan, with the aim of creating a safe and secure environment in river areas, pools and artificial lake, where they are expected to be frequented by a large number of citizens.

Based on a roadmap of sectoral units within the southern police station in Mitrovica, they have identified some of the countries and areas that could pose a threat to citizens. The identification of these spaces has been deemed a potential risk for occupants, where, on the basis of this assessment, police have suggested that municipal authorities take security measures in areas identified as: the number of risk signs and warning for visitors increase to target depth segments, water currents and other possible risks along the area of the artificial lake.

Setting obstacles (trains close to dams) by the fact that the momentum of water poses a threat mainly to children.

The issues raised by police were assessed by municipal authorities in Mitrovica, who say they are willing to co-ordinate activities in creating conditions and security, and pledged that within the opportunity they will take the initial measures in meeting the signs and barriers.

While the commitment of the diving club, the joint and the necessary assessment of the scuba-def club, Krepcha, has been assessed, in fact, by the fact that the position of this club near the lake will be an additional mechanism of security delivery in that area.
