Bajra relates how at the Pristina hospital, after tests were conducted, doctors had found out that it was poison with a type of toxic poison.

He says that after treatment at the hospital, to escape, he had also been forced to seek healing in Germany, where he stayed and was treated there for a long time.
Just because this act of Serbian secret security was never punished -- affected by poisoning at the time -- by Podujevo has decided to sue Serbia at the Strasbourg Court.
The Organising Council has already been formed, which has hired an international lawyer to deal with the issue.
