Citizens and automotive businessmen have appeared in front of the registration agency in Pristina protesting the new car registration law.
Under this law, the owner of the vehicle cannot make registration or continuing registration of the motor vehicle either by motor action or the switching of the owner, without making the fines of counterinference to road traffic.
And this law is being rejected by automotive merchants who with this form of car registration are finding it harder to sell cars because of the citizens' reluctance to buy in this form, writes Indexline.
Otherwise, with the new law, after the vehicle's ownership is changed, the vehicle vendor is obliged to unregister the vehicle.
By this law, the owner of the vehicle has to change registration plates with new ones if one of the plates has lost, damaged, destroyed, amortized, to the extent that becomes useless.
”decins fine from a hundred (100) person who acts in opposition to paragraph 1 of this article” is said in law.
