From that time on, however, this case has been unable to be investigated, as the issue of immunity continues to be an obstacle. Even though Kosovo institutions had initially demanded the removal of immunity from the European Union (BE), this has not happened.
Now, as Koha Ditore” has learned, Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship has again addressed EU authorities on this very issue, in order to continue investigations.
