“Around 1500 it was reported that the security officer at the Ministry of Justice until he was in charge of duty was attacked by an MP. Until the attack is suspected to have come because the MP has refused to apply the legal orders given by police officer”, Borovci has said.
Borovci has added that Kosovo Police have not arrested MEP Pacolli, but says they are investigating the random circumstances, and will try to interview persons involved in the case, not excluding MP Pacolli as well.
The “Police have launched an investigation into clarifying the circumstances of the case, has also announced the state prosecutor, who has recommended interviewing the parties involved. The police officer has filed his statement, and while the police are in an attempt to contact even the MP involved in case”, Borovci has finished for Inseder.
Islam Pacolli, brother of Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli, is one of the two deputies of the AKR. He and Labinot Tahiri are representatives of this party in the Kosovo Assembly.
