Photos coming out of the meeting in Brussels between Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Kosovo President Hashim Thaci again stir concerns about the Kosovo side's preparedness level, writes Periscope.

Photos show Thaci completely empty-handed in the presence of Mrs. Moghrin, and that of President Vuciq who has some documents with him.

Even earlier, concern has been raised by such a detail. There are already great speculation if Thaci has enough preparation for such a level of talks. Many analysts have disputed the president's ability to confront Serbia.
