Former Minister of Communists and Kthim in the Government of Kosovo, Slavisa Petkov, has said that in terms of the Association of Serbian municipalities they do not know anything only because they hear opposing thoughts about it, politicians from Kosovo and those from Serbia.
The “Eence is that Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo by respecting all communities can live either together or by no means. No division can cross into Kosovo. There's a state in the state that can't be passed. That's not good, this”, Petkovic said in Klan Kosova.
We must live together, not separate. There could be a third power system in Kosovo. Soon it would be time to shoot each other. I am no longer wise in the world, but I have little to do with politics. It's such a bad idea of association. Better to empower local self-government, let each municipality strengthen. Let the heads meet and establish communication. Someone has invented a solution to make borders within Kosovo, and this is not a good solution”, he has said.
According to him, the principle of right is universal principle, and no one has the right to deny fundamental rights to anyone.
“No one should think of having more rights than anyone else”.
“We should not have more rights than other minority communities, a balance should be established. Each should have guaranteed rights”.
