The effort has gone too far and some public details about it are buried under a layer of impassable jargon in the Pentagon's last budget.
If research results in success, such computer systems will be able to think of themselves, clean up large amounts of data, including satellite images, with speed and accuracy beyond human capacity, in searching for missile launching signs.
The data includes official sources of the United States, which under anonymous conditions are classified, reported “Reuters”, the Periscopi broadcast.
The Trump administration has proposed a budget of more than $83m for the missile programme transferred through Artificial Intelligence, reportedly according to official services and US budgetary documents.
