Haxhiu has asked Ismaili to deal more fully with the solution to health problems, offering as many professionals as possible close to himself, valuing health professionals, and not wasting time on idle actions and poorly analyzed statements.
Haxhi's reaction came after a modern statement by Health Minister Uran Ismaili, who said the “health staff escape problem is not immediate. They have made long - term plans for this departure, having a much better offer abroad”.
According to Haxhiu, this statement is reckless, as health professionals prepared to serve in their country, but it was the Ministry of Health, which had no kind of cadrovic strategy to protect and keep health personnel in Kosovo

Today I tried not to declare myself, but simply my party minister made me explain two things:
1. Minister Uran Ismajli's statement: “The problem of escaping health personnel is not immediate. They have made long-term plans for this departure, having a much better offer abroad”, is an unstable, unwise statement because all health professionals prepared to serve in their country, but it was the Health Ministry, which had no kind of cadrovic strategy to maintain and maintain health personnel in Kosovo.
Even today, there is no cadrovic strategy and it is failing to provide basic conditions for the work of health personnel, and that is the main reason they are leaving Kosovo today.
2. Honored minister, you today etched the building of the Sport Medicine Clinic and Physical Therapy with Rehibilization. Congratulations!
Honored minister, today the cornerstone of the Center for Sports Medicine and the Psychic Medicine Clinic and Rehibilization would have to be done with Prof. Dr. Enver Haxhiu and a family member of Dr. The Islamic Union, which laid the foundation of Physical Medicine with the rehabilitation and Sport Medicine.
An endless respect and gratitude for our champion, Majlinda Kelmendi, whom the minister used in an MSH event, would have to engage in MKRS's activities and stones.
Today, the minister of Health has missed all of it with pebbles and statements.
But I don't blame Minister Ismaili for these and other concessions, because he didn't know how to know about Dr. Enver Haxhiu and Dr. Union Islam, because it doesn't know the history of medicine or health personnel, but its advisers from the medical field should know and not allow such mistakes.
I want to thank the former director of the National Sports Medicine Center, Mr. Xhazen Rexhaj and the director of the Physical Medicine Clinic with Rehalim, Prof.D. Hajrie Hondoz-Hysenan, with whom I co-operated in design, design, budgeting for the construction of the joint Sport Medicine and Fiscal Therapy with Rehitile, which was a several-year job and engagement of ours to the start of the work in which the AntiDoping Agency is planned to be founded.
