He at today's session said that the transition from a promised 10 percent increase to 5 percent means half of our walk.

Half a life away from Croatia, a lifetime away from the average in Europe. The current generation with these projections is told that their life in Kosovo is lost and they practically have nothing to ask for here”, he said.
According to him, Kosovo's budget and future budgets are budgets of social peace and are not budgets for economic development.
