Documents obtained in the entities of this institution, extended to northern Mitrovica municipalities, Leposaviq, Zubin-Potok and Zvecan, “testify that properties are part of Serbia's territory. These units operate under parallel municipal administrations, appointed and financed by Serbia, writes Koha Ditore today.
Meanwhile, municipal authorities, who have taken power through the elections that Kosovo has organised, have not established at all offices that equip citizens with certificates for their property, thus viewing as legitimate only those issued by illegal structures.
