Six years, eight months in prison against three defendants for attempted serious murder

The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, the Court of the Department of Criminal Crimes, today June 8, 2018, declared a conviction sentence against defendants F.H., who according to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act at Ferizaj, are charged with having committed the attempted attempted criminal murder by Article 179 paragraph 1 subparagraphy 1.5 regarding Article 28 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code, the FH defendant for criminal work possession, or unauthorised possession of weapons by 374 CPR's defendant, the KI, the KI, the defendant for easily charged work by the 18th KPR.

The Judicial Chamber headed by Judge Ibrahim Idrizi, following the hearing of the parties, managing all evidence, final words, defendant F.H, the attempted criminal offence of Article 179 grave murder, paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.5 over KPRK's Article 28 and tried with prison sentences of three years and eight years, and for criminal work possession of ownership or unauthorised possession of arms in prison for six months (6), Conform of 71 KPR has tried a unique sentence of four years in prison.

The P.H. defendant for minor bodily injury by Article 188 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 tried him with prison sentences of two (2) years.

The defendant K.O. due to the slight body injury by Article 188 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1 pronounced prison sentences eight (8) months.

The defendant F.H. is charged in September 2017, in Pristina's Ferizaj magistrate, because of a communication dispute between the accused and the injured P. B, they had continued with their cars through Pristina's Ferizaj magistrate, stopped in the courtyard of an autosallon, got out of cars, and began a rumor between the accused and P. B, by what means the accused F fired twice from his gun to the ground, then with his vehicle keys to Pristina's Skopje magistrate, and after 50-60m turned towards Pristina and managed to face an autosallon where the highway was standing with the injured A and P. B, T.B. and A.A., accused F.T. has deliberately attempted to deprive the lives of the injured A and P.B. that way that from the window of his vehicle that was moving with a gun fires several times in the direction of the injured, risking the lives of other persons,

Against this bias, the parties have the right to a vote in the terms of (or 15) 15 days from the day of the written court's acceptance. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
