Mollyqa: New Kosovo deal, the worst state has ever done.

But although they agreed, Dardan Moliq now estimates they are becoming wrong.

The contract with Global Contour for “New Kosova”, Moliqaj lists as one of the government's mistakes, which underlined that although it has not been launched by Haradinaj, it lived in its own time.

A total of 1 billion euros, this agreement was considered the largest project in Kosovo's history, which was signed on 21 December 2017. Under this agreement, construction of the thermal power plant will have a bloc of 500 megawatts and will cost 1.3 billion euros. Contour Global will secure capital, 30 per cent of the value of the project and international financial institutions' loans.

New Kosovo's <x0 power plant “is projected to be operational in 2023, while under the agreement, the Government of Kosovo will take over the facility after a period of 20 years and without any cost, until the life expectancy of the thermo-power plant “New Kosovo is estimated at 40 years.
