A 43-year-old who turns out to be mentally healthy has terrorised his 17-year-old child.

The event took place about 15.30 today in the neighborhood of “30 Annual” in the city of Berat. Neighbors have reported police on a domestic conflict as they heard screams and children.

According to police, J.D., 43 years old for several hours kept them locked in the house and psychologically violated his son as a citizen of A.D., 17.

Police services, thanks to their intervention, have prevented conflict and made it possible for the boy to leave the apartment without harm.

Police workers, along with fire services, are working for the escort of citizens J.D., who are still at home, and threaten with cutting tools and hard utility items.
