Is this the luckiest Kosovar in Switzerland

A 19-year-old Kosovar had applied for Switzerland's citizenship.
The municipal assembly (people rightly vote) at her rally had been refused on the basis of slandering one person
Canton's government, following the young man's complaint, has found that he was unjustly denied Swiss passports and turned the subject into review.
In addition to the injustice committed to the 19-year-old, this violation would cost the state budget several thousand francs, writes Zofunger Tagblatt.
In the Ortringen municipality, the citizens' assembly had adopted without ado for more than 10 demands for naturalisation.
But when the turn came to the decision for 19-year-old Kosovar, a young man, his age rightly gets his word and calls on the Council of Commission and commissions to reject Kosovo's request.
According to him, he has violated the laws, there is very little respect for Swiss culture and, simply, “is not clean”.
Although the mayor reminds those present once again that the young man meets all criteria, nothing saves him.
Those present cast it off by 78 votes against and 16 pro, the young man's request for the Swiss passport.
A few days after that, Kosovar is in conversation with the journalist, in a friendly tone, and in the dialect he has perfectly expressed indignation.
He would not break the fly as he fails to understand the reason for those charges against him.
And, finally, he makes it clear that the case will be further followed on the basis of his legal right.
Thus, he, through his lawyer, succeeds in having his complaint in the canton approved only a few weeks after doing so.
The charges were proven unstable, writes Canton's Government Council
A good reputation, without criminal acts, with great willingness to integrate, and even with 93 correct answers, out of 95 in the naturalisation test, Kosovar deserves the passport more than anyone else, the canton argues.
The same arguments were shared by the respective commissions and municipalities since the Assembly of Citizens had voted for Kosovo.
Young man is also very familiar with Swiss culture.
He, in the name of his employer, even did volunteer work in Obewallis, participating in projects for the good of the community.
Thus, the right seems to have won, but the injustice done earlier against the youth will cost taxpayers of the Ottingen municipality considerable money.
Over 4,000 municipality francs must only pay for the procedure and attorney's expenses.
For Kosovo's naturalisation, the Citizens' Assembly will be forced to vote again, broadcast albinfo.ch.
The person who caused all this trouble has not been promoted to the newspaper.
But she has agreed to his political orientation: the young man, since March of this year, has been leading his municipality's SVP.
