She says she did not accept official documents, until the president committed violations that she did not invite her associate, Adnan Rrustemi, who was nominated together for CEC members, reports KTV.
Rrustemi himself says the president is using the matter politically.
MP Albulen Haxhiu has warned controversial actions against this president's decision, and has said they are in co-ordination with the LDK.
She says Hashim Thaci cannot use the president's office to deny the opposition the right they have given voters and cannot expand representation of the PDK.
However, this issue will continue to be blocked for some time, since the president has decided to head the Constitutional Court.
There he has requested interpretation of the number of nominations, which has the right to do each of the political subjects in Albanian majority.
But the answer will not take quickly because even the Constitution itself has lost the quorum and cannot make decisions until the Parliament chooses new judges.
