He has said that all the necessary things patients are being forced to buy themselves.
“Waiting for the start of surgery at the Neurosurgeon clinic. They are missing and purchased by syringe patients, gloves, gases, goats, and a lot of basic”, he wrote, reports Periscope.
However, Haxhi says that they are offering their ministry, sometimes even a smile.
