His lawyer, Samedin Cena, has filed complaints in Appeals against the act of first degree through which he has asked his defense to be released.
This complaint has prompted the argument that the first degree ruling contains essential violations of the penal procedure provisions, misconception, and incomplete implementation of the actual situation, violation of criminal law, and the decision on punishment.
Lawyer Cenna claims that at no time was it possible to prove the commission of a criminal act.
According to the lawyer, the first scale has confirmed that the defendant has published several videos on the social network “Youtusebe”, these images in which Ridvan Hacifi, the last participants in the Syrian war, the I flag, is seen. SIS, as well as some other images with similar content, but these images with no legal provisions do not make up the elements of the criminal record.
No proof has been shown by it that the video was published by the account of Adam.
“From official responses to mobile phone operators “IPKO”, “Vala” and “Z Mobile”, operating in the Republic of Kosovo, has proved that none of the numbers the accused has used have been activated on the territory of Turkey and Syria”, has added the lawyer to his reasoning.
He has also said that the trials administered during the trial are in general contrary to the Court's court's act, respectively, with actions considered to have been conducted by Adam.
Of the reasons the attorney has filed, he has demanded that, after reviewing this complaint, the Court of Appeals issue a lawsuit whereby he will be approved as a whole based on his complaint, thus cancel the act of first degree
On 12 March this year, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had convicted him and sentenced him to three years in prison, Nexhat Ademi. /Cashho. com/
