Belgrade authorities have today accused Pristina of avoiding dialogue on normalising relations between the two states, and thus, according to them are delaying the start date of these talks.

The deputy director of the so-called office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Dusan Kozarev, has today declared that Belgrade has implemented all the agreements reached so far in Brussels, while Pristina authorities, as he says, are doing out of dialogue, broadcast news.net.

“Belgrade has implemented all the agreements since the first meetings in Brussels, while Pristina and their chief dialogueer, Avni Arifi, are finding excuses and reasons not to continue the” dialogue, Kozarev said.

On the other hand, it was the Kosovo side that accused the Serb side of failing to implement the agreements reached so far, including energy deals, which Belgrade says have not reached in Brussels.

Long ago, the chief of the Kosovo delegation in these talks, Avni Arifi, had pressed charges towards Belgrade that the only topic they are willing to discuss is association and nothing else.

“We insist on dialogue and we insist on talking about all topics. Serbia's delegation, meanwhile, has indicated that the reason they participate in the talks is the formation of the Serb majority municipalities' Association. We're there for all the deals. Either all agreements will be implemented or none” had Arifi said./
