The judge for preliminary procedure of the Constitutional Court in Peja Syla Loka has made a decision that Kosovo war crimes suspects Milroad Zajici have extended house arrest for two months.
Kosovo's special prosecutor doubts that Zajic has committed war crimes in Kosovo after the end of the war in 1999, as a member of police, has participated in the burning of Albanian homes.
Zajzic's house was arrested in Kline's home from March 20th, and he was arrested on March 19th.
The announcement of this arrest measure, follows radiation, has been made by Zajik's lawyer Dejan A. Vasic, who has warned complaints at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
