Kosovo Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha has confirmed that Serbian journalist Stefan Cvetkovic will be interviewed the following days in connection with the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanov in January this year in northern Kosovo.

In a proposal for Kalxo.com, prosecutor Hoxha has said he has accepted information from his investigators that Cvetkovic is in Kosovo and wants to issue his statement.

I have received information from my investigators that Serbian journalist is in Kosovo, and in the days ahead we will interview him in witness quality”, Hoxha said.

Hoxha said Tsvetkovic himself has been submitted to provide his information about this murder, while he said a considerable number of witnesses have been heard so far.

SDP leader Oliver Ivanovic died at the Mitrovica Hospital after being shot on January 18, 2018 with several bullets as he was walking into his office.

The investigation into this case since March of this year took over the Kosovo Special Prosecution.

Journalist Tsvetkovic recently was the top news of the day after being kidnapped by persons so far unknown to be found several days later by Serbia's police.
