The state budget, along with increased revenues, has also increased spending during 2017.
The value of budget expenditures has reached 1.74 billion euros, while budget revenues have reached the net value of 1.68 billion euros, which represents a 5.3 percent increase compared to the previous year, Time Ditore writes today.
These data have emerged from the Kosovo Central Bank's annual report, in which it says that Kosovo's budget registered deficit of 59m euros, which compared to the previous year is twom euros less.
Public debt has increased in addition to spending. In 2017 this debt is worth 996.4m euros for 16.8 percent higher than 2016.
Despite the acceleration of exports of goods and services during 2017, increased import value was translated into annual growth of the deficit into goods for 7.6 percent to 2.7 billion in 2017. Recognitions accepted in Kosovo, which simultaneously represent the largest category in terms of the secondary income account, reached 759.2m euros, which represents an annual growth of 9.9 percent.
