Kosovar, arrested in Germany, also charged with kidnapping and murder

During the raid on the suspect's home, Bujar Behrami has been confiscated from an automatic AK47 weapon, three AK47 rifle clips with 40 rounds, an air rifle, a volt gun, a pair of dylbby, a car with foreign license plates, and some electronic devices that are allegedly used for the commission of the criminal work.
Bujar Behram has been arrested by German authorities after the Special Prosecutorship has asked the Constitutional Court in Pristina for his arrest, it said, among other things in the report.
But it is not the first time the suspect Bujar Behrram is accused of various criminal acts.
In January 2014 Kosovo police had received information that Bujar Behram along with Genc Selimi were preparing the kidnapping and murder of a Serb citizen in the Vushtria region.
The investigation had found that they constituted a group of radical religious-minded youths ready to conduct terrorist attacks, as described by the Prosecutor. It was reported that they had also acquired adequate weapons as snipers and TNT explosives.
The case of these young people, suspected of preparing terrorist attacks, has been taken by EULEX. The special prosecutor of this mission, Robert Kucharski, is in charge of the investigation.
While in the current arrest of Kosovo's Special Prosecutor in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, respectively, with the Anti-Terror Directorate and the Kosovar Intelligence Agency, it has undertaken operations for the raid and ban of three persons with the initial R.K., A.D. and L.M., due to the suspicion that they have carried out criminal work “preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the Constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo<1>.
