KMDLNj: Bedri Bytyqi's call regarding Haradinaj's father, dictionary with racist elements

The Council for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has responded to the public appeal that Bedri Bytyqi was given to other officials not to attend the funeral ceremony of the late Hilmi Haradinaj, praising him as an inhuman, immoral appeal against BIC's mandate, against religious tolerance, and can easily be named as dictionarys with racist elements.

In KMDLNj's response, it is said after the death of Hilmi Haradinaj by irresponsible persons, there was an effort to break his personality on completely inhuman grounds and in deep opposition to the teachings of Islamic faith and no doubt even contrary to the laws in power.

KMDLNaj says the public appeal that went to other Kosovo officials not to attend the funeral ceremony of the late Hilmi Haradinaj, denying the weekly services from a hodge employed in the Islamic Community of Kosovo respectively by Bedri Bytyci, is nonhuman, immoral, against BIK's mandate, as supreme authority for religious issues, against religious tolerance that is worth of Islamic faith, the use of hate speech, inciting interreligious hatred, and can easily be described as a dictionary with racial elements.

After this statement by Bytyci hodge, a lynching camp began against him, which KMDLNj considers unacceptable and that this campaign could endanger the lives of Bedri Bytyci and his family. KMDLNj requires that two institutions with mandates and responsibilities for the irresponsible Hodge declaration that caused anger and harsh opinion response, to the open threat to his life, be taken into account. The first institution that has to react quickly is BIC '%u, as the host in question, taking action to a conclusion (may be legal) and the state prosecutor must act according to official duty, not because of the opinion response and who would be considered because of pressure but by taking on the statement of Hoja Bedri Bytyci, who no doubt contains elements of hate speech, the instigating hatred on religious grounds, intolerance and racism. The issue of trust and non-responsed religion is regulated by law and it is human right and inconsistent so it is in the will of the family to decide (as well as the wish of the deceased left alive) that mortar rites should be buried and that right should be respected by everyone so long ago that their religious communities in Kosovo or their executive institutions have become commercial companies that compensate for the services they make. KMDLNj requires religious communities to uphold the status they have and are divided by the state, constitutional definition, and not politicise their activity that should be deeply and primarily of spirituality. The politicisation of religious communities as a result has radicalisation of certain currents and individuals, who are not under control <x1) of these religious communities and that, with radicalisation, they promote hate speech, interreligious hatred and racism and that directly manifest themselves at the risk of the security situation. For KMDLNI, fighting these negative phenomena, with antihuman characters, against any ethical and religious definition, as well as violating laws in power, it is imperative and in no way can be regarded as state intervention in the independence and freedom of action of religious communities and as such should be supported by all. Otherwise, in the absence of preventive measures against negative phenomena of abuse of religion, we are facing the consequences of a costly price, both in the internal and international plan. In this context The KMDLNj called for a ban on hate speech, inciting interreligious hatred by respecting other people's beliefs and religious faith as a key prerequisite for a tolerant and more efficient environment for combating religious extremism in all religious beliefs”, says KMDLNj's response.

KMDLNj is against public connections as soon as we have institutions that are called on to determine the degree of responsibility, moral and criminal.
