It seems that this has angered Serbian authorities, who have tried to pay it back.
Immediately after the establishment of that banner, ahead of the Serbian Government's target are increased Serb police forces, Periscope reports.
They have arrested a person suspected of setting up the baner with the KLA emblem./Periscopi/
