North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he said he wants to maintain high-level contacts with Russia, Russian President Yuri Usakov's foreign policy adviser today announced.
He said an agreement has not yet been reached on the possible visit of North Korean leader to Moscow, the TASS broadcast.
The head of North Korea a few days ago met with the US president, and during this week, it is expected to go on a visit to China, which has brought a stress of the situation to this district of Asia.
