Jail for former Trump campaign manager

On Friday, a federal judge ordered that the former leader of Trump's campaign, Paul Manafort, be held in prison over charges of manipulation of witnesses, refusing his parole.

The manual was acquitted of new witness manipulation charges brought by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.

But federal judge of the Amy Berman Jackson district accepted Mueller's motion to reject a rich guarantee from Mr. Paul Manafort, sending him to prison, where he will await the development of the trial in his charge, starting in September.
