The debate over the region of Gjilan was organised in co-operation with the municipality of Gjilan, while participants were citizens, representatives of the region's municipalities, representatives of civil society and the media.
MAP Minister Mahir Jagcilar said the legal package of public administration reform is important to be approved this year, as it addresses key problems of the physical and democratic functioning of public institutions.
He explained that the public administration faces some important problems that impede its efficient, efficient and professional functioning, by isolating the large number of independent and executive agencies, violating the principle of the same job and problems in the recruiting process and performance in the civil service.
Minister Jagcilar said the main goal of the legal package of public administration reform is equal, fair, transparent and responsible treatment of public administration, creating access to fair, affordable and effective services.
Gjilan Community Chairman Lutfi Haziri backed the legal package of public administration reform, which has a special role in overhauling the state system, addressing current problems so that the administration can act in favour of citizens.
MAP Legal Department Director Naser Shamnolly unveiled the contents of the current draft laws, underlining the importance these three bills have to establish order in public administration and improve services to citizens and business.
