Italy blocked this evening the adoption of joint conclusions on various topics that were discussed at the first part of the European summit under way in Brussels, pending to know whether to meet the requirements regarding the migration file, according to sources near the summit.
“Prime Minister Ctete preserved the possibility of expressing on all”, an Italian source reported.
Leaders of 28 countries during this summit will discuss security and defence themes, later on employment, innovation, as well as enlargement.
