The Kosovo Assembly is now being characterised with interruptions of sessions and with the lack of agenda points due to lack of quorum.
MPs either don't go to sessions at all, or they just sign up at the start of the afternoon session and then leave the hall.
At Tuesday's session, MPs debated all day, but in the end failed to approve any points, as there were no quorums, “writes furtherSound“.
This is estimated to be the irresponsibilities of MPs, while stressing the fact that there is currently no way to penalise missing or leaving the hearings.
According to the opposition, this situation in the Assembly will continue until this government falls.
Meanwhile, framework job monitors say the election issues are expected, and that this situation will not be resolved even with future regulations.
