President Hashim Thaci has no constitutional mandate to represent Kosovo in the dialogue process and reach a final agreement with Serbia.
So said LDK GP chief Avdullah Hoti on the Plus TV21 argument show.
“has no mandate from the Parliament to dialogue in Brussels except the government using the 2011 Resolution”, Hoti said.
The “is an extraordinary moment now to conclude the agreement with Serbia as we have the US and the main EU countries. The main political forces in Kosovo must reach the consensus needed to be presented in this dialogue with a” platform, he added.
Hoti stresses that political forces must reach a consensus to present themselves with a clear political platform in this process.
