European Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn says he sees a new impulse to dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, though there is still nothing concrete “ ”.
He explained this position primarily by changing Kosovo's approach, which, according to him, so far “less willful than Serbs” has participated in dialogue.
While Thaci has declared that, in dialogue, both sides must be winners. It is not yet known when the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue will continue.
