The report delivered to the government by the management team for drafting the Serbian Communist Association statute is far from any reception of the Government of Kosovo.
Even this report, delivered only to the Serbian language and Cyrillic alphabet, has been returned from the Office of the Prime Minister to translate into other official languages, KTV reports.
Avni Arifi, who is the chairman of the Equipment Committee for the drafting of the Association statute, says the content of the 6 meetings of the Management Team is depressing. Among other things, according to him, there are intentions that the health system in the north will be brought under control of association.
Meanwhile, the Council of the European Union, through conclusions presented for Kosovo, demanded that the Association be formed in line with the 2013 Brussels Agreement and the agreement from August 2015.
This EU request, LDK deputy Vjosa Osmani, sees it disturbing, as according to her, change of the Constitution of Kosovo is required and the Constitutional Court is being overlooked.
On the other hand, the Kosovo government denies there is such a demand. They repeat that the association will not have additional competencies, as the same will be sent for assessment to the Constitutional.
Television has also sought answers from the European Union's Office in Kosovo, if there is such a demand for changing the Constitution to establish association but have not returned.
The Serbian List has also called for changes to the Constitution for Association, but this has been consistently rejected by the Kosovo government.
