Fatmir Limaj's son buys two residences

But he has clarified in declaring property at the Anti-Corruption Agency that his father's assets, Fatmir Limaj, are not part of this statement.

“State that the real and playable assets of my parent are not included in this statement, as they are the common property of his brothers and sisters, as stated in the form handed down by him (Fatmir Limaj) at AKK”, says at the end of the declaration of property by Durim Limaj, son of Deputy Prime Minister Limaj.

Durim Limaj, who is an adviser to the minister of commerce, has declared that one apartment was paid entirely and became its owner in 2015. The 45m2-wide residence has bought for 45 thousand euros. These revenues, Limaj said he secured them from personal revenues and the sale of a car.

But in 2016 he says he owned another car worth 10,000 euros.

Limaj has declared that in 2014 he was the owner of a 250m2-euro apartment (co-owner). This apartment says he hasn't paid for it yet.

“In the acquisition procedure, still being paid- yet I am not owner of the” residence, Limaj wrote in his statement of property near the AKK.

He didn't show that if he borrowed money for buying the apartment or the apartment he bought it in installments.

Adviser Limaj has declared that he has taken over 155 thousand euros in pledge with a return period from 2015-2019, not showing the person's name or institution he owes.

Company “Orang LD Sh. P. K, is the company the minister's adviser, Durim Limaj, has declared to own 50 per cent of the shares. 50% of the founding capital of this company has declared it worth 50 thousand euros, which it has since 2014.

Adviser Limaj has declared he owns 5 thousand and 790 euros of cash available in commercial banks, where part of it is his wife.

Annual revenues from adviser Limaj have declared that there is a monthly salary of 620 euros from his work at MTI and 1,000 euros from shares in the above-mentioned company.

The councilor's monthly income is 1,000 euros and 500 euros.
