In the road accident of September 7, 2015, in the village of Gjakova Albert Morina suffers serious injuries and ends with fatality.
The Morina family representative Albana Morina has faxed the fax on May 10, 2018, through which the expert has been invited to provide additional clarifications regarding the September 7, 2015, accident.
Justice Drilon Charachia approved this proposal and will invite expert Gresa Shabani to provide additional clarification concerning written expertise.
The attorney of the indicted party, Rrustem Lajci, had no objections regarding the proposal put forward by plaintiff Albana Morina.
So the judge scheduled the next session for July 17.
The description of the case in the indictment says that on September 7, 2015, around 14:50 in the village of Firza in the Gjakova municipality, the BMW car, which was directed by Zecir Kursan, whose owner Bekim Deday, faces the motorcycle “Mondyal”, which Albert Morina was leading.
