The candidate for assistant professor in musical classes and composition at the Faculty of Arts (FA) in Pristina, Lyra Kastrati, is claiming that the faculty's assessment commission has unjustly eliminated it by favouring another candidate.
Kastrati, who has been engaged in forms for six years, says candidate Zymberi has not met the criteria more than that, but that the commission favoured him due to family ties with former Culture Minister and senior LDK official Metom Shala, writes today Koha Ditore.
The awarding commission of the Faculty of Arts is made up of Mendi Menqi, chairman and two members, Valton Beqiri and Kreshnik Alekj.
“Zymber hasn't met the criteria, nor exactly as I have completed my studies at a prestigious Geneva university, studies that require scientific work on each subject. This person has never legalized the 1st and 2th. He has been favoured because he has political ties with former Prime Minister Kujtim Shala”, she has indicated.
Kastrati has warned that he will initially complain to the Council of Arts Faculty. He had said that he would follow the legal ways for the injustice he was made to him.
