Chris Bennett of the Special Court has told of “Bota today” that the investigations are continuing and these investigations include approximately 70,000 documents, which means about 700,000 pages of evidence, which are collected on the part of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) and its predecessor, Task Special Affairs.
These documents include witness evidence as well as documentary material.

The Special Court, which will investigate allegations dropped in Dick Martyt's report, the Swiss senator who in 2010, at the Council of Europe had cast doubts that the former KLA, including current president Hashim Thaci, are involved in crimes against local Serbs, whose bodies were taken and sold on the black market during 1998-99.
This court was approved by the Kosovo Assembly in 3.08.2015 by 82 votes per, 5 against and 1 abstention.
