Despite mistakes, failures and poor results, the European Union still considers the mission's presence in Kosovo necessary, but with reduced mandates, “ “Koha Ditore” writes today.
The directors of Kosovo institutions who have consistently promoted that Kosovo no longer needs EULEX. According to circumstances connoisseurs, the fact that the continuation of the mandate shows that local justice is not ready to face the major needs of Kosovo and Kosovars for order and law.

For ten years working in Kosovo, EULEX has failed to meet expectations it has promoted to the Kosovo population, but also abroad.
