The operation was undertaken at Spain's port of Santander, and during the action police arrested two Romanian citizens and the driver, who were transporting nine Albanians inside a van.
Three other Albanians were caught inside a bus during police control, and two others were caught in a truck trailer.
Spanish police in a statement said Albanian citizens tried to sneak across trucks or cars into the territory through the use of false documents.
39 traffickers have recently fallen into handcuffs. It is thought they have trafficked 70,000 Albanians.
According to the Spanish police, it turns out that young Albanians have their family in Great Britain, while some of them have previously lived in this country but have been deported.
Police report that Albanians pass from Athens or Rome to Spain, and use the ports of Santander or Bilbao, which have become one of the most important routes of entry into Great Britain
