Documents testifying to Kosovo ownership of Weyman, “at sėi has government”

Avdi Gjonbalaj, former employee of the former Hydro-economic District Organ, has unveiled important documents bearing testimony to the ownership of Wyman Lake Puls.

Unfortunately, as he has said, the current Kosovo government has not requested these documents. Among these documents, he has also unveiled the document under which the World Bank's contract for Light and Development is now proven, as is the former Autonomous Socialist Parliament of Kosovo, as it was then called, for construction of Iber-Lepenci.

The next document has been on ratification of this contract, signed by Tito.

The “contrata predicts that if the Government of Kosovo could not fulfil its obligations, a guarantee was the Yugoslav Federation. On the other hand, he has clarified that the idea of building Weyman Lake started in 1964. He ordered the former district Organ for Hidro-economics, according to him. He thinks Serbia has been against it.

We have made major controversy with Serbia at the time it opposed building this lake. Serbia wanted to do it in Morava. Against the showing was Kraleva, but behind it was Serbia. But, professionally, they couldn't resist”, he said.

The project has more than 100 books. The fund was Kosovo's province with its own money. The project was presented to the World Bank for Construction and Development. Since the Bank did not finance projects longer than five years, and this was scheduled to take place for eight years, the project has been set apart for Ibrin and only for Lepencin”, Johnbalaj has clarified.

Johnbalaj shows that Uyman's lake was also connected to the electrification and Trepca.

This project has also been connected to the power project. Kosovo also plans to build Kosovo C, aimed at producing electricity not only for Kosovo but for much of Yugoslavia. Gjonbalaj said that even before, during the 1990s, there was an effort that Uyman's management passed the municipality of Zubin Potok. He said that such a dam, which exceeds 100 meters, cannot be managed by local power.
