Details From the Death of a Young Man at Work in Prizren

A 17-year-old lost his life at his workplace today at noon. The case has occurred at the plant in Stirropor “SatStyro” in the village of Mushnikova in Prizren, en route to Prevale.

Haziri Berisha, police spokesman for the Prizren region, has also confirmed the news. Initially by police it was said that the young man was 16 years old, but was later confirmed by them that the same was a year older.

No one has yet been arrested for this case”, Berisha has said.

The 17-year-old village of Lubiza is not known if there was a job contract at this factory.

According to Article 7, period 2 of the Labour Law in Kosovo: “Working can also be established with persons between the ages of 15 (15) and eighteen, who can be employed for light jobs that do not pose a risk to their health or development, and if that job is not prohibited by any law or by legal act”.

From the company “SatStyro”, where even the 17-year-old lost his life, refused to talk about what this young man did.

However, it has been known that death has been accidental, and death wounds have been caused by the victim's car working.
