Suspect with initials B. The US, 26, has Belgian citizenship but is born in Kosovo. He has travelled several times from Belgium to Kosovo, where, according to the Prosecutor, he has also made plans to carry out attacks on NATO soldiers.
The prosecution has not indicated whether the attack was directed at any particular state that has soldiers in Kosovo.
Both suspects were arrested Wednesday after police had tapped their phones and heard conversations that they were preparing attacks.

The suspect also has “planned to prepare terrorist acts in Belgium and France, since he is also Belgian citizens planning suicide attacks on locations frequented by” citizens.
The couple will remain in custody for a month until the court makes another decision. The suspects' lawyers have rejected the prosecution's allegations and sought their release.
It remains unclear whether suspects belong to any extremist group or have been acting alone.
A police investigator has told Radio Free Europe that police are making intensive investigations and the possibility of other persons being arrested over the case is not ruled out.
Over 300 people from Kosovo have gone to fight in Syria and Iraq, supporting the militant group Islamic State.
More than 70 Kosovars have been killed there and many others remain in the Middle East.
Police have arrested and convicted many people in Kosovo, suspected of planning terrorist attacks, but so far no such attack has occurred.
