There has so far been no reform in justice of these sizes in any Southeast European country as has happened in Albania”, the paper points out.
“However, Socialist leader Edi Rama has few friendly parties in the EU, because most EU countries are governed by conservatives. The opposition in his country, the conservatives of the Democratic Party (PD) want, as is common in the Balkans, not allowing any success to the government and lobbies against opening negotiations.
