Finally, the Iraqi state has sentenced 12 members of the notorious Islamic group to death.
“Based on orders from Prime Minister Haider al-Abad, the executions were carried out Thursday”, a government spokesman said through a statement, the “Al Jazeera”, the Periscope broadcast.
More than 300 people, including about 100 foreign women, have been sentenced to death in Iraq and hundreds of others to life imprisonment that have been part of the ISIL group.
Most of the convicted women are reportedly from the former Soviet republics, while a Russian man and a Belgian citizen are also on the death row./Periscopi/
