“Cisternats have been allowed to enter Kosovo after accepting the board's inspection reports for accredited and authorized by MTI according to the ISO 17020 standard. The samples have been sent abroad for testing”, said in response to Adriatic Stavileci, a media official in Kosovo Customs.
According to Stavileci, the result of derivative tests in 21 tankers was conform UA 01-2017 for quality of liquid oil fuel.
These tankers were allowed to enter Kosovo after all accepted inspection reports were in line with the USA 012017 for quality of liquid oil fuel”, Stavilec's response reported.
On May 25th, Stavileci had confirmed to KALLXO.com that Kosovo Customs had banned 21 fuel tanks from HIB Petrol.
“Yes, 21 tankers for analysis have been banned, and results are expected to appear in 1 or 2 days”, Stavileci said.
The ban on HIB Petrol's tankers at the Ferizaj terminal had confirmed the company's representative, Hysen Lajci.
It hasn't been stopped in three days, but customs has stopped since yesterday. It's expected to be tested”, he said.
Lajci has added that oil was imported from the company “Europetrol” from Albania, from which, he said, the HIB Petrol supplies.
Last month, the Constitutional Court in Pristina found Kujtim Bucaliu and HIB Petrol guilty of defrauding the Pristina municipality in non-cial oil.
In a response, the HIB Petrol said he was shocked by this act.
